Thank you for shopping with Scent of a Milien. We’re committed to delivering your fragrance experience with care and efficiency.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand or limited-edition releases, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding our reach in the near future.
Delays & Issues
Scent of a Milien is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. If your order is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us at hello@scentofamilien.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
